Education :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Electrical/ Electronics)
Computer knowledge. (Autocad/Excel/word/Power Point)

Experience : 1-2 years of work experience as a Production & Quality Engineer.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Daily data maintain in ERP Production, Quality
  • ERP daily entries production, Quality
  • Inward & Outward quality checking
  • Validation for new products
  • Testing all products
  • Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
  • Root Cause Analysis & Corrective + Preventive action
  • Design and implement costreductive changes.
  • Remove waste from the processes
  • Daily basis target completion
  • Documentation & Document standardization
  • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
  • Undertake special projects as required
  • Accept Service request from customers & TEPL employees in systems
  • Assign work/call to Production engineers as per the schedule in the system & competency
  • Make their daily plan and get optimum work from the production Technicians
  • Maintain Coordination with Sales team/service team and clients.
  • Maintain records of all activities and functions of production & quality complying to procedure
  • Brainstorms ideas to create solutions for identified problems
  • Weekly Planning in Google sheet with Smart Goal
  • Timely resolve any challenge & grievance of the team members
  • Engage service feedback mechanism and improve the quality of work
Weekly Responsibilities

Arranging training to Field & Production Technicians

  • Petrol allowance will be given according to per Kilometer._

NOTE- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE BIKE WITH LICENSE

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
