01-Expert Quality Audit and Methods Production Facility(F/M/D)

Your tasks:


  • Implement Best-Practice shared within Country Production facility Identify Best-Practices via action plans, audits, reports or visits.
  • Ensure the presentation of Best Practices to all relevant functions at production facility and Country levels
  • Drive the implementation of identified Best Practices
  • Manage lessons learned process for Q issues, e.g.

internal failures, 0 km, warranty claims:

  • Report top issues from Production Facility to Country level
  • Drive the implementation of identified Lessons Learned and check continuously the effectiveness
  • Coordinate the selection and control of specific characteristics
  • Maintain the update of the qualification matrix for all QM & SHE Management team (Polyvalence Matrix)
  • Update the training plan, according to quality orientations, targets, the outcome of the management review, and request from the OQs and Customer specific requirement or Country regulations
  • Develop training planning in accordance to the global qualification matrix, based on Leoni, Customer and regional requirements
  • Train and coach the organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Q-Standards, tools and methods (8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, )
  • Ensure the availability of necessary number of Trainers/auditors withing the organization to perform Quality Tools Training and Internal Cross Audit within the country
  • Is the FMEA moderator in the production facility
  • Ensure a systematic audit of respect of Customer specific Requirement and LEONI orientation for FMEA tool (Updates, IS classification, Quotation respect,...)
  • Organize Quality contests within production facilities : QRQC Competition, Best Lessons Learned,...
  • Ensure the selection and monitoring of specific characteristics

Your Skills:

Level of Education: Engineer or equivalent

Branch Of Study :Industrial

  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Mechatronics or similar

Experience :Min 2 years in automotive industry
