QualificationsThe most critical qualifications for us include:

UI Design:

Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator), etc.;
Ability to understand and follow visual design documentation, including design systems, and leverage it into our prototypes for clients and stakeholders.
A high attention to design detail is critical;
Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience design teams is a plus.

Business Knowledge and Acumen:

Ability to follow visual design documentation like pattern libraries and brand guidelines, and leverage it to execute mockups for clients and stakeholders;
A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required.
Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise software to support endusers is a plus;
Previous experience working in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus.

Client Management and Communication:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly document design decisions made with stakeholders and development teams;
Excellent collaboration skills and the desire to participate in design discussions that help to move projects forward;
Ability to participate in a team environment where individuals can communicate and contribute freely.
