Description

Essential Functions

Buying o Support the determination of purchasing needs, analyze quotes and bids for suitability, cost and product availability
Monitor all open purchase orders including confirmation of receipt
Place purchase orders per c3controls standard purchase processes
Identify order delays and work with suppliers and c3controls team for expedite options, implement solutions within guidelines
Work with multinational suppliers and manufacturing locations
Negotiate deals with suppliers, as well as identifying costreduction opportunities, communicating them to management, and working with suppliers to realize those savings
Reconcile Accounts Payable inquiries
Maintain accurate vendor and department files to ensure immediate and accurate access to information

Scheduling

Support the scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of intercompany shipments between manufacturing locations including the preparation of documents, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading, as well as coordination with freight organizations for material.

Inventory

Support inventory accuracy and management in alignment with company practices and policies, including but not limited to cycle counting, physical inventory counts, and auditing of purchase orders / invoices.
Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any backordered or missing product.

Salary:
