Job Role:

To build strong and robust Central Government Service Support to onboard Govt client's on various range of banking products.
Track balances and revenue by using high standards analytics and making it available to Top management.
To provide solutions and support service on an ongoing basis to the Government Business domain clients to seamlessly facilitate their daytoday transactions.
Deep understating of customer onboarding formalities, KYC, Banking regulation and assist sales team to acquire newer clients from the Central Government domain.
To maintain and deepen the existing relationships in order to generate more revenue streams for the bank.
Indepth knowledge on basic banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, GBM to seamlessly manage customer queries.
Knowledge on newer technology products available in the banking environment.
Effective in Service delivery, business analytics, business database, strategic planning and operations.
To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators
Ensuring all customer queries are attended to and resolved within the prescribed TAT with strict adherence to process, Audit and regulators
Active interaction/liasioning with other support teams like Branches; RPC; Product, Ops; LCC; IT etc. to speed up customer requests

JOB REQUIREMENT:

MBA with minimum 5+ years of experience
Knowledge of Banking operations, Settlement, Clearing and guidelines.
Should be familiar with Finacle, Dot Net and SIEBEL.
Advance knowledge of Excel, Word & PPT.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Good written and oral communication abilities
Customer service oriented
Proven success in managing client relations, operations, managing customer complaints, escalations and meeting targets
