About the Team
The Studio Production team will be primarily focused on activities relating to Pre & Post-production tasks for the studio.

Which would involve creative design tasks, photoshop image edits, Premiere Pro/ FIGMA video edits, and Stakeholder and vendor management will be some of the major activities that would part of the day-to-day tasks of the team.

Job Summary:

Involved in Pre-production and Production Studio Creations of Lowe's products or services using various channels and media. This Role will not involve any Photo/Video Shooting and will be purely on the editorial.

The Design Specialist directly assists the Studio Production Team to create video clips, and product images and also support Vendor Management activities.

This position is responsible for graphic design and production for print and digital production. The Studio Specialist works with the extended Studio team and will help translate business briefs into impactful Product Content. This requires great attention to detail, mastery of the tools required for layout and great time management skills. The Designer produces a range of visual options to meet the needs of the business with mínimal supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Editing white background and lifestyle images for images shot at the Studio.
Create renditions out of Studio shot images and CGI images to create Lifestyle images.
Creation of Video clips for Products on Premier Pro, FIGMA.
Daily, the Designer carries a full workload of tactical, production design requests. In addition, the Designer is continuously growing their professional skills with feedback and advice provided by their leaders. The Designer will work autonomously as well as within a team environment. The Designer will work within a flexible process that is ever evolving to meet the business needs while working with, at times, tight deadlines.
Executes creative assignments as part of a team as well as with other creative studio services.
Designs to consistently high standards that enhance the Lowe's brand.
Works within Workfront for job workload management

Years of Experience

02 Years in any Postproduction Studio related field

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Any graduate with experience in a similar design role or freshers graduating from design schools.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Good Communication Skills
A portfolio that demonstrates photography, editing, and design capabilities
Demonstrated understanding of design/color applied in layout, design, and image composition.
Experience in Adobe CS including Photoshop, Premier Pro, Figma, and Illustrator
Vendor Management skills
Moderate Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
