Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our healthcare products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and support to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating our online platforms, and accessing relevant resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed to support international clients across different time zones.
  • Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹30,102.99 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
