Office Assistant
Location:
MAHESHWARAM, R.R. DIST 500066, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, INDIA ( Near Shamshabad Airport )
Pick up Drop Facility From all Hyderabad Company bus transportation available
Roles and Responsibilities
Good at english language
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Attending to telephone calls, clients and visitors
Supervising and instructing the housekeeping staff
Office admin roles
Appointment scheduling
Travel managements and bookings
Maintaining attendance and leave records
payroll processing helping HR
Maintaining petty cash or records.
And all others instructed by the management pertaining to the JD mentioned above.
Qualifications/Requirements
Any Degree/PG.
- 12 years of experience as a Office assistant would be advantageous. preparing of records and documentation. Maintain both physical/soft records accurately.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
