Key Responsibilities:


  • The cleaning and dusting of the rooms, corridors, nursing station, lifts ( including beds, bedside trolley, dressing trolley)
  • Bedding of patients bed.
  • Transfer of the patient to the operation theater for the surgery and bring the patient to the ward after the operation/procedure.
  • Transfer of the patient for investigations like Xray, USG, CT etc. and bring back the patient to the ward after the investigation
  • Carry the sample to the laboratory for the investigation and bring back the report of the investigation if required.
  • Carry the Xray films which were taken in Emergency to the Xray department for the reporting and bring back the films with the reports to the ward.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the wheel chairs and stretchers.
  • Carry the drums containing gauze pieces, dressing pads, instruments and cotton to the CSSD and bring the drums back to the ward after the sterilization.
  • Carry the indent of medicines from the ward to the Pharmacy and bring back the medicines to the ward.
  • Take case sheets to the billing department before the discharge of patient.
  • Shifting of the patients to the NICU/PICU to ward and vice versa.
  • Shifting of the patients from ER to ward / NICU or PICU.
  • Will assist the nurses in the sponging of the patient.
  • Accompany to Ambulance whenever required.
  • Any other duty assigned by the Floor coordinator / Incharge nurse.

Qualification : 8th Std

Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
