SALARY :
Upto 28,000 (CTC)

Job description_

Primary Job Responsibility:_

Understands the various computer screens and how to utilise them effectively_
- _
Interfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff_
- _
Attends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performance_
- _
Adheres to all company and specific Contact Center policies and procedures_
- _
Completes any work as assigned by Management_

Eligibility:_

- _
6 months BPO or Travel experience_
- _
Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate_
- _
Excellent Written and spoken communication, business technical writing_
- _
Willing to work in a contact centre environment with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)_
- _
Open to work in a Voice and Chat environment_
