Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Organising your managers diary and making appointments.
  • Making reports, drafting letters and preparation of documents, record keeping, plans of outdoor visits, collections of data from all branches, other assistance, update list of work and appointments, communications with others as per instruction Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • You are responsible for keeping track of the vendor and other invoice dashboards.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Any Graduation
  • Should have adequate knowledge to work in multitasking environment having skills in managing, and coordinating activities.
  • Languages: English (Fluent); Strong Verbal and Written Communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Offic

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
