Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Design Teacher to join our team and inspire students to develop their creative skills and proficiency in graphic design.

Responsibilities:


  • Teach students various aspects of graphic design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Instruct students on how to use industrystandard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Guide students through the design process, from concept development to final execution.
  • Provide constructive feedback on students' projects and assignments to help them refine their skills and achieve their creative potential.
  • Introduce students to current design trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
  • Organize and supervise handson design projects, workshops, and portfoliobuilding exercises.
  • Foster a collaborative and inspiring learning environment that encourages experimentation and innovative thinking.
  • Keep uptodate with advancements in graphic design tools and software, sharing relevant knowledge with students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing design work across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Teaching experience or a passion for education and mentoring.
  • Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their work.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and encourage students' artistic growth.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Design: 1 year (preferred)
