Description
Coordinate with customer to understand requirement

  • Monitoring DSR Reports & timely analysis of the same.
  • On receipt of nomination communicate with the customers and counterparts for further future planning.
  • Verification of Draft AWBs and sending them to customers for approval.
  • Sending prealerts to customers and the CSA team for customs clearance.
  • Update daily status and timely updates on consignments to customers.
  • Coordinate with CSA & DO / BL team for a timely update on the arrival of shipments.
  • Preparing JOB in the System and handover the file to Manifesting Team.
  • Follow up with overseas vendors for purchase invoices.
  • Submission of the purchase invoice to finance with sale invoices
Highly motivated individual with ability to work and think independently

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors (shipping lines, airlines, international agents, trucking companies, other logistics companies) to obtain updated pricing and freight info.
  • Ensure that all information being conveyed by the customer to the internal teams is accurate delivery addresses, pricing, cross, references, packing, special instructions etc.
  • Ensure and bestintrade customer service levels and customer communication.
  • Generate and manage all documentation to provide order support data and facilitate effective shipping procedures. These documents include shipping advices, debit / credit notes, export documentation, legalized documents etc.
  • Responsible to provide all final billing information and shipping documents to Finance after invoicing.
  • Good network within shipping line/import agent & cross trade business.
  • Excellent negotiation skills specially with liner/Airline & Overseas agent.
  • Good communication skills with customer/ carriers & agents. (Aggressive / logical approach & ability to convince customer & vendors)
  • Ability to think analytically and interpret data to make factbased decisions or recommendations.
  • Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify improvements, and implement improved methods.
  • Advanced technology understanding and competency in asset management systems.
  • Emoluments will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
