Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver structured training modules on Tally software tailored to meet the needs of degree students.
Create engaging lesson plans, presentations, and handson activities to enhance student learning and comprehension.
Conduct training sessions in both classroom and online settings, ensuring effective delivery of content and active participation from students.
Provide oneonone assistance and guidance to students as needed, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and offering additional support.
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Tally software, integrating relevant information into training materials.
Collaborate with academic staff and administrators to align training objectives with degree program requirements and curriculum standards.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
