Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail
- Copying, scanning and filing documents
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Coordination with courier Vendor maintain inward/outward dispatch
- Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word, excel and presentation tools
- Any Graduate

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk
- Receptionist: 3 years (required)
