Job Summary:

As an Education Counselor or Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and assistance to students and prospective learners while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help individuals make informed decisions about their educational journey and create a positive and supportive experience throughout their interactions with the academy.

Responsibilites:

Help students with registration process
Plan mentoring sessions, live sessions, counseling sessions

- coordinating with the marketing team for counseling/induction program

Set up and manage the mentoring sessions
Manage and Moderate the counseling session
Ensuring all webinar and classes happens on time and share reports
Coordinate with educators for progress of courses
Help the registered students with any queries that they may have
Manage the communities on Whats App and Website
Maintain the data/record of all the activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of educational programs and services.
Friendly, patient, and customerfocused attitude.

This role requires you to be a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for students and prospective learners, ensuring they receive the information and support needed to make informed decisions about their education.

Your customer service experience will be valuable in delivering a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the academy.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
