Good communication skills in English

  • Should be able to speak in Kannada & Hindi
  • Should be able to communicate effectively over calls, mails and Whats app.
  • Customeroriented with a positive attitude and good listening skills.
  • Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Call clients and inform about new arrivals and upcoming products.
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Maintaining customer information in the database and updating customer records.
  • Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.
  • Ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Follow up for payments

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
