Ability to work with mínimal supervision and commit to the teams' schedules and goals.
Must have effective business and communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere to lead and influence positive quality results among other tests teams.
Must have proven experience as IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects.
Experience in Test Management Tools like
JIRA, ALM & Azure.
Ability to work in a collaborative teamoriented environment and individual project contributor.
Must have experience in developing test strategies and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls).
Ability to document effectively and communicate complex technical topics.
Having a Salesforce Admin certification would be an added advantage.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience in API Testing, Automation, Selenium Automation with Java/C# would be an added advantage.
Any DevOps experience would be added advantage.
