Responsibilities:


  • Ability to respond to Tax enquiries from clients and clients facing staff
  • You will be partnering with stakeholder in the UK and US for process delivery
  • Actively Performing monthly reporting activities for key clients
  • Proactively presenting key metric information to management
  • Ensuring accuracy in processing daily deliverables
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the process and reduce manual intervention

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • B. Com graduate with asset servicing or international Tax experience / CA with 45 years' experience
  • You must be able to demonstrate extensive operations management experience with teams in multiple countries/jurisdictions and team management experience
  • You must be able to demonstrate strategic planning and execution skills
  • You must be able to discuss experience of client service and relationship management communicating complex issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Should demonstrate strong analytical skills to review evolving market practices, assess oversight metrics and results, and identify trends.
  • You must be able to demonstrate high intelligence, with sound networking and influencing skills to help the Client Tax Operations Utility be effective
