At Scale, we're looking to add a Junior Video Editor to our Media and Creativity Team with strong creative skills, a knack for social media, and an eye for detail.

, Permanent- Salary: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (In-Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and create compelling and visually stunning video content for various digital platforms, including reels.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and goals.
- Ensure videos align with the company's branding and style guidelines.
- Use creative editing techniques to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Work with a variety of video formats and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video & reel editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in video editing.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in film, media, or related field is a plus.

One should take ownership of tasks and constantly work towards improving quality standards. Being an active part of the internal feedback process, and having a knack for self-learning is a must
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
