  • 1 2 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivale

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Profile introduction:


Join our dynamic real estate team as a Telecaller, where your communication skills will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and driving business growth.

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts, promoting our real estate offerings and engaging with prospective customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our real estate properties.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a database of client information and interactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate division.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary:

₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
