Job description
Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.
Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.
Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc.
Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
Leads Hygiene Providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
Follow-up for Payments/dues.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
