Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Respond timely and provide polite technical assistance to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and updates.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with the product development team to report and escalate critical issues.
- Stay uptodate with our product offerings and new releases to provide information.
- Ensure that all support requests are resolved within the service level agreements (SLAs).
