Qualifications and Educational Requirement
- 7+ years of progressive/management work experience in the global technology industry.
- Experience in managing teams of 15+ members.
- Prior experience in a supervisory/management role within a service desk environment.
- Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Working understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems and administration with similar technologies.
- Researches and collects appropriate data points for effective decision making.
- Considers the possible outcomes and corresponding consequences when taking risks.
- Project and People management skills.
- Effectively plans and communicates needs for resources to ensure goals are met.
- Develops specific action plans to remedy subordinate performance deficiencies.
Salary:
₹1,600, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
