Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized document repository for easy access and retrieval.
  • Create, revise, and format documents as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to formatting guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, organize, and categorize documents according to their purpose and function.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity, completeness, and compliance.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in document management or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of document control principles, practices, and tools.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹18, ₹26,000.00 per month
