Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a centralized document repository for easy access and retrieval.
- Create, revise, and format documents as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, organize, and categorize documents according to their purpose and function.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity, completeness, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in document management or administration.
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in document management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:

₹18, ₹26,000.00 per month
