Roles and responsibilities:

Should be customer centric, strong in data analytics, Evaluate failures, and identify cause along with initiating corrective action. Ability to define directions for actions, able to drive the momentum of Best Principle Practices of Safety (EHS) Quality, Cost, Delivery and Moral. Monitor and Validate the conformity of the products & processes in the production, Recommend revisions to improve overall quality of systems
Must have good experience in defining & implementing of the lean manufacturing concepts, Process Controls, 5S, Kaizen tools, QC Tools, Process flow/ Internal flow, Sen-GenShugi, 3G, Concepts of PFMEA, ITP / Control Plan, VSM, 7W, NVA, Workplace Management and Material Management.
To lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the company Quality NEEDS, Productivity & ensuring the successful delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To ensure the efficient and effective daytoday running of the function.
Revise departmental technical procedures and problems in agreement with R&D / TOT.
Develop Audit plans, Internal ITP, test methods.
Productivity of the division
OEE
No of improvement projects completed
Kaizen tools, 5S, QC tools, Daily work management system
VSM, Material flow management

Technical Skills

Knowledge and proven experience of coating of Ceramics, Enamelling, and Painting on the steels
Knowledge of Surface preparation, Metallurgy, Heat treatment and spraying techniques
Data analytics and well versed with ERP and Microsoft Excel
