Client Support Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or department
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Adhere to the quality standards and policies of the company and the client
  • Work in shifts to cover the Australian business hours and holidays

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Should have 06 months of experience in Client Support
  • Should be comfortable working in Australian Shift which will be 5am to 1pm
  • Should have experience in inbound and outbound calling
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in an international BPO or KPO
  • Knowledge of Australian culture, geography, and business etiquette
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problemsolving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
