Ensuring that product quality standards are met by selecting materials that meet specifications and rejecting those that do not.

Identifying new vendors. Evaluation & formalities to be into the AVL.
Scheduled & unscheduled inspections for the material quality &quantity.
He is responsible inter site material shifting & material management.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or deterioration at sites.
Material balance assurance.
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements and materials storage with the site storage space.
Conduct periodic physical inventory audits at all projects.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize material usage and minimize waste.
Must manage pickup movement and record movement details.
Generate regular reports on project material consumption, and inventory levels.
Coordinate the allocation of balance materials from site to other sites with the help of project manager.
Maintain the log book/documentation rentals of Scaffoldings items.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials are delivered on time to the correct location.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance to ensure ontime and quality deliveries.
Coordinating with project team to ensure that materials are available when needed
Preparing reports on material inventories and costs for internal use by company management
The Material Controller is responsible for ensuring proper inventory control of materials,

- coordinating with Project Manager and ensuring that materials are delivered to the site on time.

Ensure that all raw materials are stored and handled in a safe manner.
Perform routine inspections of materials to ensure quality standards are met and wastage of materials.
Reporting to Purchase Manager/OM on all the above Roles & Responsibility.

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
