1. Drive team targets for Walk-ins & Sales, Team Management


  • Designing monthly and quarterly Sourcing plan for the respective site on regular basis
  • Responsible for achieving Monthly Walk-ins & Sales targets of the team
  • Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales
  • Responsible for Market research and surveys which will help in sourcing deals
  • Giving timely feedback of all channel partner visited customer with closing manager
  • Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long-term relationship
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Channel Partners and closing team to ensure business continuity
  • Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches

Salary:
₹350, ₹600,000.00 per year
