Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for global strategies and projects in different material fields
Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions
Maintain a high level of product and industry awareness to keep current on best practices, new suppliers, market trends, etc.
Define and implement category strategies that meet Bosch needs.
Effectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders & Suppliers
Steer global/crossdivisional projects of strategical importance and effectively balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder's requirements.
Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supplymarket researches
Lead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions and close resp. global contracts in regards with focus on purchasing automation / ecommerce & using indirect purchasing IT tools & platform
Evaluate complex situations to develop and implement a preferred solution for the maximum benefit of the business.
Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
Maintain Master-Data in various IT systems
Handle crosssectional tasks for departmental and organizational development.

Competencies:

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, graphs, etc.) and SAP experience

Excellent analytical skill

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with other functions/suppliers and foster teamwork.

Strong self-motivation to achieve cost reduction targets

Positive attitude

Inclination towards automation & digitalisation

Excellent Negotiation Skill

Deep knowledge in commercial environment

Experience in cost calculation / Zero base costing

Result focused

Shall have knowledge about the problem solving techniques and quality assurance methods

Financial acumen

Knowledge about Inco term & Delivery terms

Qualifications:

B.TECH/B.E

Mechanical/Electrical/IT/E&TC

/Computer/Industrial/Production

3-4 Years in Indirect Purchase
