Job Description:
Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and residential sectors who could benefit from sensor lighting solutions.
Present and demonstrate sensor lighting products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and cost-saving advantages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored lighting solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in sensor lighting.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing product training.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
