Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and residential sectors who could benefit from sensor lighting solutions.
- Present and demonstrate sensor lighting products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and cost-saving advantages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored lighting solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in sensor lighting.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing product training.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
