Conduct and drive MODS & Service monthly asset meeting with Area Managers & CSE's involving Regional Heads and taskforce persons and weekly follow up and assessment.
Escalation of issues for noncollection to respective Service Heads.
Setting collection targets for the month.
Formula Reserve Forecasting
Publish MIS and Dashboards
Coordinating with various departments (HO/Tax/sales and execution) for resolution of issues identified in asset meeting.
Focus on monitoring and developing process to collect old receivables and ensure improvement in formula reserve.
Monitoring and development of process for reduction in unapplied cash levels.
Monitoring of receivables in adverse aging categories & initiating and / or suggesting action plans for liquidation of the same. Obtaining Credit notes and correct billing for services not rendered. Getting manual credit requests approved.
Ensuring of appropriate issue of C & H notes
Correctly approving of BG's after adequate verification of documents.
Close monitoring and Accounting of 26AS / GST TDS.
Developing process inside the department for smooth functioning of receivables
Ensuring Invoices reach customers in timely manner.
Scrap Accounting and invoice issuance to the scrap customer.
Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
Any other task deputed by Manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance

EXPERIENCE:
4 to 5 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING, CREDIT CONTROL, AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS
