Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Counselling students on call, regarding courses and future of the healthcare industry
  • Should also track and follow up on all sales leads
  • Need to discuss the benefit of the brand and help guide the student to make the right decision for their future
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales/Admission Counselling
  • Good listener: Asks the right questions to understand the customers needs
  • Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
  • Can handle sales pressure
  • Good at communication

Marathi language; should have clarity in voice

  • Open to take feedback; accept mistakes and failures
