Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Domestic customer service
  • Blended process experience required

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
₹27, ₹35,000.00 per month
