Catalog Executive - Bengaluru, India - Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited
Description
Catalog management across Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, Tata Cliq.- Coordinating with the warehouse team for smooth dispatches.
- Monitoring warehouse operations (e.g. dispatch TAT, returns TAT). Visiting the warehouse if needed and escalating to management where necessary.
- Coordinating with logistics partners to resolve weight billing discrepancies, lost shipments, return product mismatches, SLA breaches. Raising credit notes for the same.
- PI and PO creation to share with the warehouse.
- Daily order processing on Unicommerce.
Salary:
₹30,000.00 per month
