Job Title:
Customer Relationship Executive (Male/ Female)

Experience: 1-2 Years as a relationship executive (sales orientation, preferably from Financial services or similar industry)

Qualification:
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (in Marketing, Finance, Communication)


Salary: 25 K-30 K /Negotiable


Job Location:
Chandigarh

  • Proficient in Hindi & English
  • Good communication skills
  • Conversant with MS office esp. MS Excel

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
  • Conducting indepth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
  • Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
