We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as
Customer Service Associates for our international process.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global customer base during night shifts.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Should perform assigned tasks and complete targets with speed & accuracy.
  • Ability to work well with team members.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or upset customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:


  • Good at Customer interaction and listening skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Should flexible enough to work night shift for 9:30 hours.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures.

Work Experience: 0-2 years


Number of Position: 100


Salary: 18000/- to 25000/


  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
