Description

Peogi Technology, a leader in computer and network security, is seeking a Customer Service WFH (Work from Home) professional to join our team.

As a Customer Service WFH representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities:


  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify ways to improve our service
  • Manage and update customer accounts and records in our database
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring specialized attention
  • Continuously improve customer service by updating knowledge of products and services, providing feedback on improvements and implementing customer service best practices

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a customer service representative or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve in order to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
