Description

Peogi Technology, a leader in computer and network security, is seeking a Customer Service WFH (Work from Home) professional to join our team.

As a Customer Service WFH representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify ways to improve our service
Manage and update customer accounts and records in our database
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to resolve complex customer issues
Identify and escalate issues requiring specialized attention
Continuously improve customer service by updating knowledge of products and services, providing feedback on improvements and implementing customer service best practices

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a customer service representative or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to think creatively and problem solve in order to resolve complex customer issues
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
