Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our software products.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, CRM management, and report generation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
  • Optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree program in marketing, business, IT or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience or coursework in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Lead Generation/ maintaining databases/ follow ups practices.
  • Understanding of SEO is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
