Hiring For Mentor/ Counselor.

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Must be empathic to listen to the concerns of the beneficiaries & be able to provide solutions/ advise to them.
  • Daily 100 numbers to be dialed
  • Reaching out to the trained population of students/ ladies etc., understanding their major concerns at job or finding a job and counselling them for a better working conditions or the ways to find jobs. Making testimonials and strategies to do the mentoring of the beneficiaries.
  • Reaching out to the beneficiaries every quarter Being empathetic and able to listen and make conversations, advise the beneficiaries Coordinate with teams to get data and update in the master data
  • Maintaining & tracking data sheets, records and recording for all the mentoring activities, calls.
  • Mentoring experience 01 yr. Tele calling experience will also works.
  • Good communication
- will be able to dialed 100 calls daily

**Location:

  • Pune**
    Salary : 20k to 25k depends on interview

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per year

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
