As an EPM Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, and support of EPBCS solutions for our clients

Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Design and architect Oracle EPM Planning solutions that align with their business needs and industry best practices.
Financial Modelling: Develop complex financial models, including driverbased planning, scenario analysis, whatif analysis, and predictive forecasting. Translate business requirements into system configurations and rule definitions.
Integration: Integrate Oracle EPM Planning with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, to facilitate seamless data flow and ensure data consistency. Design and implement data integration mappings and scripts.

Primary Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Proven experience working as an Oracle EPM Planning Consultant, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modelling.
Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning features, including metadata management, data forms, business rules, calculations, and security settings.

Secondary Skills:

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial requirements and translate them into practical EPM solutions.
Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Oracle certifications in EPM or Planning are highly desirable
