Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilizing youth from the communities and explaining the program and its benefits to the youth of these communities and their parents.
- Ensure maximum enrollment of youth in the center by following the enrollment criteria as per the objective of the Programme.
- Build onetoone relationships with the youth and ensure their attendance and continue their engagement with the organization until the end of the program and as needed.
- Meet students at their homes if necessary.
- Coordination with various stakeholders including officials and others to enable timely visits to the centre.
Professional Background:
- Graduate or Post Graduation in any field
Experience:
- Preferred 24 years of experience in mobilization/outreach based work.
Salary:
- ₹ 13,000 - ₹ 15,000 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
