We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reception cum Telecaller to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

You will handle reception duties, manage incoming calls, and assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about the company's products and services to callers
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

- equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Telecaller is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customerfocused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of interior designing or furnishings industry is a plus
