Overview:
- Applications integration and testing with Microsoft Teams eg. Service Now, Github, Yammer etc.
- Worked on Microsoft 365 security solutions such as Azure AD Identity Protection, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Data
- Loss Prevention
- Provisioning of new features under Microsoft O365 platform such as Shared Channels, Microsoft eCDN, Sensitivity labels under MS purview
- Configuration, planning, Implementation and migrations from Kollective eCDN to Microsoft eCDN
- Automation of the policy and feature assignment to users using AAD / Graph API / PowerShell script.
- Excellent Knowledge of Directory Services along with GPO, SCCM.
- Troubleshooting Teams recording /Transcription issues, teams call issues, Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive related issues.
