Procurement Supervisor(Field Job) for Female - Karanjia, India - ManpowerGroup
Description
**Location - Thakurmunda,Jashipur,Karanjia Dist- Mayurbhanj(Odisha)*
- Assist in identification of potential villages with good number of bean gatherers in and around cluster area by conducting Surveys in designated districts.
- Conducting farmers mobilization camps in bean potential areas along with lady influencers.
- Meeting with bean gatherers and VCP agents regularly in their locations and ensure high quality information flows between Village level to Company.
- Assisting in measuring and verifying the physical stocks of bean in every VCP locations on regular basis.
- Coordination with VCP agents for maintaining quality parameters of beans before purchase.
- Monitor harvesting samples collected from bean gatherers/ suppliers/ processors against standards, report back on issues and monitor responses.
- Arranging different capacities of trucks as and when required for transferring beans from VCP godowns to local godown of Company.
Work in collaboration with Social Impact Manager to deliver suitable strategy.
Salary:
₹25,000.00 per month
