    Description

    Job Description:

    Understand customer requirements / project scope and deliverables and effective project management.

    SOR and DVP Plan and execution.

    Co-ordinate with Design & Product Engineering Teams for technical reviews / support.

    Responsible for developing project timeline and execute projects.

    Manage internal CAE & Engineering Reviews.

    Perform CAE-Test Correlation and Root Cause Analysis.

    Lead & Drive A4/A3 problem solving technique.

    Good understanding of various seating regulations.

    Leading a team to execute projects.

    Independently communicate with customers.

    Should be able to work in shifts (1st & 2nd) flexibly.

    Good engineering fundamentals

    • B.E. / B.Tech / M. Tech / M.E. (Mechanical / Automobile / Design ) with proven academic record.
    • Minimum 9 years of experience in Automotive Seating domain is a MUST.
    • Minimum 7yrs experience in LS DYNA Analysis is a MUST.
    • Hands on experience in Finite Element Analysis of automotive seating systems, sub-systems, components using Altair Hyperworks as Pre/Post Processor, LS-DYNA, MSC-NASTRAN, as solvers.
    • A candidate must have a very good, demonstrated experience in Modal Analysis, Non-Linear Static and Dynamic Crashworthiness analysis using various solver interfaces.
    • Strong communication skills are a MUST. German language knowledge will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of comfort simulation will be added advantage.
    • Knowledge of Visual Crash Dyna (ESI) and Oasys Primer, Animator and Abaqus Implicit would be added advantage.

    Basic knowledge of TS 16949
