Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Growth team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals.

On a day-to-day basis, this means:

Manage admin tasks for onboarding trainees.
Facilitate cohort launches, including bulk uploads on Gmail and Coassemble (our Training platform)
Update all the spreadsheets used for analyzing team performance metrics.
Sort responses to 'Pledge forms' and communicate via text and call for reminders.
Record and manage training workshop recordings.
Send gift coupons to Campus Managers upon training completion.

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
We are open to Freshers.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfortable with data entry and spreadsheet management.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Annual Salary of $3840 topped up with Night Allowance of $960.
