We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective Telesales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products of the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders and Processing all customer purchases accordingly
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Using sales scripts preffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Developing indepth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements and skills:


  • 2 to 4 years of Telesales Executive or other sales/customer service role
  • Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects
  • Excellent communication skills in English / Tamil / Hindi
  • Any Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skill, problemsolving skill and customer service skill

Location:
Chennai, Karapakkam (Near OMR)

Only work from office (Day Shift)
