Description
Responsibilities:

B2B Sales: Identify, target, and engage potential industrial clients to promote and sell our products/services.

Customer Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to enhance their operations.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering on commitments.

Distributor Management: Collaborate with distributors to maximize sales opportunities, provide training on products, and ensure brand consistency.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in industrial/B2B sales with [X years] of experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
