Description
Customer Service- The associate should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and willing to work on holidays basis business requirements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and processes to better assist customers.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, using creativity to find innovative solutions.
I. Native or equivalent (interpreted as CEFR level C1 or better) relevant marketlanguage and English skills in writing and speaking to understanddocumentation and log accurately into systems
III. Optimistic, friendly, positive and self-motivated personality,
IV. Ability to work in team,
V. Service oriented profile and with a focus on problem solving,VI. Ability to work shift hours/ part time (to the extent legally possible),
VII. Excellent verbal communication skills in the English language,
VIII. For agents handling written contact with Merchants should have Excellent written communication skills in the relevant market language and a typing speed ofminimum 50 words per minute,
IX. No remarks in a background check performed by Supplier, e.g. no criminal record, unfavorable credit data, and
X Minimum age of 18 years old.
Excellent written communication skills in English language.
English Proficiency to be C1
Should know basics of computer and knowledge of GSuite
Interview details
Initial HR Screening:1. RMG Screening as per the JD2.
Typing Test - min 35 WPM and 90% accuracy
Training Round:
Skill Check
- Written English assessment via AI based tool C12.
Ops Round:3. Competency Based Interview. (Operations round)4.
HR / Offer discussion:
if selected Documentation, Offer etc.
Job Location :
Noida
Shifts 24/7 and 5 days a week with 2 split offs Week off.
Working on Holidays / weekends as per business requirements.
